After we agree upon the scope and budget you can send us your products. We will take care of the rest, but will keep you informed about the proces.

How does payment work?

Once your products are delivered to Bunny and Dust and we confirm that the items match the proposal, we’ll send you an invoice. Once you’ve made the payment, we’ll proceed to the shooting stage. We can accept EUR, USD, AUD, CHF, GBP via regular bank tranfer. Or pay with Credit/Debit cards, via our Stripe account.

Do you work with clients worldwide? And how can I send my products to you?

Yes! After the proposal is accepted you can send your products to us via your local post office.

What is my project timeline?

You get your photos and videos within 15 business days after products arrive at Bunny and Dust. * For orders up to 250 shots.

How to approve images?

Once the images are ready, you will receive a Dropbox link that can be accessed from any device. This link will allow you to view, download and comment on the images. Please note that you have 14 calendar days to request edits after receiving the link.

Are revisions included?

Yes, up to 2 revision rounds are included within a timeframe of 10 business days after we send you the photos and videos. Please highlight areas needing attention and provide clear instructions or references. We appreciate any information that can assist us in meeting your expectations.
